One of the most disgusting bathrooms between st Louis and Springfield. The urine smell is so strong it burns your nose.. Not to mention the urine standing on the floor. This is not a one time visit. I have stopped here multiple times. Finally had enough. If the bathroom that is open to the public looks like this, how well do you think they clean the kitchen?? Nasty.

Its Mcdonalds connected to a gas station. It's just your average McDonald's. Nothing fancy or extravagant. Staff was fine, orders were correct. The food was hot and drinks were cold.

I only picked up a happy meal for my daughter. Salem McDonald's night shift has got me where I will not eat there at all. But in their defense day shift works hard and efficiently.

My wife and I met a great guy tonight by the name of Isaiah. He was quick to help us he greeted us with a smile and how can I help you! I don’t know if he was in charge but I can see why he should be.A+ on customer service! Thanks again Isaiah !

The worst staff ever. I don't know if it is just me or it it really that every McDonald's that I've visited around the world has the ability to attract people with few to no manners. I think it has to do with the lack of a proper training. Nevertheless, people should have common sense of manners. It's been over a year since the last time I stepped in one and I don't plan to go there any time soon.

The food was amazing! Hot & fresh, the service was fast and the outside area is perfect for eating on sunny days

A beautiful location, nice view while sitting on window tables, not well maintained. Breakfast was pretty good. Good to alleviate your hunger on the super express way.

Cashier was out of uniform and struggled to get our order correct, food was as expected, good!

Food was good; however the bathrooms and tables were rather dirty.

Really great food. The manager was helpful. He suggested fry basket instead of large fry which meant a lot more fries for just a few cents.

The food was good, but what is it with you and your flies? And come on, the bathrooms can be way better than they are. I just wanted to eat and here comes Steven and the fly family.There’s some good pest control in St. Louis guys.

Literally just seen an employee use the bathroom and walk out and back to the drive thru. Didn't even attempt to wash her hands! I went and told the manager on duty. He said "ok" and she continued to hand bags out the window. Yuck yuck yuck. Enjoy your urine tainted burgers. No thanks!

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is the awesome young lady at the drive thru who took our order. Very polite and patient for someone so young. The burger I had was horrible!! Bun was stale, burger was vile!! I am not sure it was even cooked completely. We've been there b4 but this was pure crud.

Mocha frappe and strawberry pies do they sell anything else lol

We didn't go inside, just a quick trip through the drive-thru. Service was good, the two employees at the windows were pleasant. Food was good for a fast food breafast. We chose pancakes and sausage. Forgot to take a picture of the food before we ate. Overall, good experience.

Reliable food with good service. They don't always keep the dining area as clean as I'd like but it seems like a high traffic zone.

The fries are always Gluten Free!

Stopped to get breakfast paid for two items Got one and it was the completely wrong item Didn’t notice til I was 20 minutes away at workInconvient to spend nearly 5$ on a meal that is incomplete and not what I eat or ordered

Great location. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The store appeared to be lacking management and the floors were sticky. Our food was hot and fresh.

I'm keto and I don't go near this place except for coffee when I'm on the road. Maybe I would order an egg mcmuffin without the bun if I was that hungry. But I would probably decide to fast that day.

Pretty good service considering its across from 6 flags. Forgot one of my burgers but redeemed themselves very quickly. I do recommend if you are out that way and need a quick meal

This place has a bad customer services they never have Apple pies ready.i don't recommend this place.

It was crowded so it was a little slow but the food was hot and delicious. Cashier and workers were very polite and helpful.

Good food & fast service. If they are running the $5.00 MENU, I'LL get a 10 piece chicken nuggets & BIG MAC for my wife & Granddaughter. IF they're both an option on that MENU. I'll get a couple sandwich's off the $1.00 MENU. A couple FRIES, & drinks. And we are set !!

30 minute wait for 3 ice creams. We were at 6flags waiting to see the fireworks. We got to this McDonald's, the trash was over flowing, food all over the floors, this place was disgusting. I wish I took a photo. We arrived at 8:30, fireworks started at 9:05. My husband didn't come out with the 3 ice creams until 9:15. This McDonald's needs some better management. No one was in uniform which doesn't bother me but it seemed like a bunch of kids were running the place. 1/10 won't go back.

If there was more than 5 stars I would leave more! On our way back from a Amway convention, we stopped here. We are talking about two buses full of people. The employees worked as a team and was always very positive! They got ours orders out quick and in order! Thank you employees for your awesome service! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Friendly and fast, sandwiches good but hot fries only happen about 75% of the time

Today we waited in the drive through with two kids for 40 minutes. I finally went in. Apparently someone had cancelled our order off the screen they view to get food out. I called the phone number still parked and asked to speak to a GM. I was directed to Jennifer the assistant manager. She was very nice, apologized and we received a refund. We appreciate her professionalism very much. I understand that long times on the record at your store is hard but please don’t cancel people’s orders because your trying to cut corners. We appreciate Jennifer the Assistant helping us though. Thanks again.

Was hot fresh and correct

Isiah was awesome 10/10 hair and smile. Me and girlfriend and tiny adult baby had a good time.

My wife was placing an order and the employee was on his cell phone rather then paying attention and got her order wrong. And the food wasn't that great either.

If it weren't for my daughters, I would quit going to this McDonald's. It needs better Management. I was once screamed at in the drive thru by an employee because I couldn't hear what she was asking me. I was so embarrassed.

Pleasant decor, with a whimsical touch, with a row of "old days" McDonald's character seating. Nice staff, quick, accurate service.2 low points were: odd looking catsup, from the pump, and (looked to be recent) dirty bathrooms, which had some feces & a fly on one wall, & urine on the floor where you would need your feet to be, while "going".

It was McDonald's. Quicker then most.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. SO nasty. Trash ALL over everywhere. Spilled tea all over the drink area. Didn't look like they had swept or mopped in weeks!! Lazy staff. Slow service. They were not even busy but still nobody swept or did anything. Just stood around talking. Will never go back.

Great place to stop for a quick snack while traveling.

Their mocha frappe's are amazing with an extra espresso shot!
